The Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles is working on a multi-phase modernization effort of their computer systems. The current phase is focused on vehicle services, which involves registration and titling of vehicles as well as related dealer processing. A key part of the effort is the integration of services delivered on the web. VADA is working with DMV to find volunteers to participate in a usability study. This will be held in Burlington on September 7 at the Hilton. Participants will be scheduled for a 45-minute session in which they will be guided to complete several activities on the new DMV web functionality in a testing environment. The DMV needs four volunteers to participate in the study, specifically the people who manage vehicles and their registrations/titles.

Yes! I am interested in volunteering for this important study.
