Wells River Chevrolet Sold to Autosaver Group

Wells River, VT – Nancy Phillips Associates announces the sale of Wells River Chevrolet, owned by Jeffrey Moore, to Abel Toll, owner of Autosaver Group, a collection of 13 franchised dealerships located in Vermont, New Hampshire and New York.  The transaction was finalized in Dec 2022.

Seller Jeff Moore successfully operated Wells River Chevrolet for 10 years – originally as the rare owner to purchase a General Motors dealership with no prior automotive industry experience.  His vast prior experience as the successful owner and operator of two other Vermont-based firms enabled him to grow the dealership’s profitability and community presence.

Jeff explained, “It was extremely important to me to find someone who was going to take care of my staff and employees. Nancy Phillips Associates delivered the perfect buyer in Abel and his team.”
