Motor’s EV Navigator service offers 24/7 support for new EV owners. By working in partnership with dealerships, EV Navigator answers questions customers may have about driving electric, alleviating the additional pressure that EVs pose to salespeople. They provide 24/7 texting concierge, in-person and virtual onboarding sessions, and road trip planning to reduce range anxiety, and home charging installation assistance. Motor also provides monthly training emails to share recent customer questions as well as tips, tricks, and best practices for selling EVs. Motor team members also join community events, such as trunk-or-treats, and help provide dealerships with marketing support. Motor is currently offering their EV Navigator service at $50/per customer, serving both BEVs and PHEVs.
